Product Introduction
This tester is used to test the flammable concentration range of gases in air. It is suitable for the vast majority of pure flammable gases and mixtures composed of several pure flammable gases in proportion. It complies with GB 19521.3 - 2004 *Safety Specification for Inspection of Characteristics of Flammable Gas Dangerous Goods.

Product Features
1. It adopts an embedded processor and the Windows CE operating system.
2. With an 8 - inch liquid - crystal touch screen, it can display the test status in real - time. 3. The high - resolution photosensitive sensor has a short response time, ensuring that the gas can be captured instantly during flash - explosion and an inspection signal can be output. 4. It uses dual - channel digital flow meters. With high - precision gas flow control, it enables the precise mixing of the gas to be tested and air. 5. The instrument is equipped with an online gas - sampling channel, and the gas to be tested can be determined by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and other means. 6. Through a high - precision photosensitive sensor, the instrument can sense the light intensity in the reaction tube in real - time, automatically determine whether the gas at this concentration is flammable, and simultaneously give the combustion rate value. 7. During the test process, it can automatically determine the flammability and control the increase of gas concentration in steps. 8. The reaction chamber is equipped with double - layer tempered glass to protect the safety of experimenters. 9. The test process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention. It supports functions such as parameter setting, data storage, and report viewing.
