Test product size: Length {>}1200mm. Length {>}1500mm.
The machine has a total of 5 wire support rings, the test sample will be placed on the wire support ring, and with two measuring fixtures. It is suitable for testing whether the cable or optical cable maintains the integrity of the line when feeding fire at a flame of not less than 750C.
Test wall: The wall is composed of heat-resistant, flame retardant material and is fixed on two horizontal steel beams, one at the upper part of the board and the other at the bottom of the board. The board is about 900mm long, 300mm wide and 9mm thick, and the total weight of the wall (that is, the board plus the supporting frame) is 10±2kg Each steel beam is a square steel pipe with a length of about 1m and 25mm.
If filling material is required, it needs to be placed inside the steel beam. The upper steel beam shall be fixed to the plate so that its upper surface is flush with the upper edge of the plate. The outer edge of each steel beam and plate has a horizontal hole, the exact position of which is determined by the requirements of the specific support liner and support frame.
