Low oxygen and free carbon quality stable titanium carbide powder
Titanium Carbide powder is a grey-black high hardness ultra-fine powder with the chemical formula of TiC, which has both metal and ceramic properties. Its hardness is close to diamond, with a microhardness of 2800-3200HV and a melting point of 3140°C. It has excellent resistance to high temperature, abrasion and chemical stability, and maintains its structural integrity in acidic and alkaline environments. It is prepared by chemical vapour deposition (CVD), high temperature self-propagation synthesis and other processes, which can precisely control the particle size and purity. As a key raw material, titanium carbide powder is widely used in the preparation of cemented carbide cutting tools, metal-ceramic composites, and as a coating material to enhance the surface performance of workpieces, and also plays an important role in aerospace, mould manufacturing and other fields, giving products higher strength and durability.
