Low-temperature resistant titanium carbide round bars

The anti-adhesion performance of tungsten carbide round rods made from hard alloy is highly effective. When machining sticky materials such as aluminum alloys and copper alloys, the likelihood of "tool build-up" is significantly reduced, resulting in a smoother machining surface. The surface properties of these rods can be further enhanced through coating treatments, such as TiAlN coating, which improve wear resistance and oxidation resistance, thereby extending tool life by more than 50%. In the medical device industry, they are commonly used in the manufacture of orthopedic surgical instruments, offering both excellent sharpness and the ability to withstand high-temperature sterilization without deformation.
