Titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheels for textile machinery
The surface of the guide wheel can be specially treated according to specific requirements. For example, after being coated with diamond spray, its wear resistance can be enhanced by up to 30%, making it suitable for processing high-hardness alloy wires. Additionally, its weight is 30% lighter than that of steel guide wheels of the same size, thereby reducing the load on the drive motor and lowering energy consumption by more than 15%. In precision tube manufacturing, the guide wheel achieves a groove accuracy of IT3 grade, ensuring that the outer diameter tolerance of the tube remains within ±0.01 mm, which meets the stringent precision requirements of industries such as medical and aerospace. The hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheel operates stably across a wide temperature range, from -100°C to 600°C, enabling its use in both low-temperature frozen pipe production and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange of the guide wheel are designed as an integrated unit, eliminating potential detachment issues caused by welding or bonding, and offering a service life exceeding 100,000 hours. In the cable industry, this design enables precise control of the concentricity of the cable insulation layer, maintaining the deviation within 0.05 mm and ensuring optimal cable electrical performance.
