Titanium carbide powder for modifying high-temperature alloys

This batch of titanium carbide powder (TiC) has a purity of over 99.5%, with particle size controlled within 0.5 - 5 μm, and a density of 6.68 g/cm³. It features high hardness (HRA 92), excellent heat resistance (melting point 3140℃), and outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is produced through advanced carbonization technology, with uniform particles and good fluidity, with oxygen content ≤ 0.3% and extremely low impurity content. It is widely used in hard alloys, metal matrix composites, 3D printing additive manufacturing, tool coatings, mechanical seals, etc., significantly enhancing the wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and structural strength of products.
