High uniformity of mesh size: titanium carbide guide wheel
The working temperature range of hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels is wide, and their performance is stable in an environment from -100℃ to 600℃. They can be used normally in both low-temperature frozen pipe production and high-temperature hot rolling processes. The hub and flange of the guide wheel adopt an integrated design, avoiding the problem of detachment caused by welding or bonding, and the service life can reach more than 100,000 hours. In the cable industry, it can precisely control the concentricity of the cable insulation layer, keeping the deviation within 0.05mm and ensuring the electrical performance of the cable. Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels are key guiding components in the production of wire and tube materials. They are made by powder metallurgy sintering of high-purity titanium carbide and cobalt binder phases, with a surface hardness as high as HRC88 and wear resistance more than 50 times that of steel guide wheels. The roundness error is controlled within 0.002mm to ensure smooth operation of the wire during high-speed drawing (up to 100m/s), avoiding jitter or offset. In the production of stainless steel wire, the use of this guide wheel can reduce the surface roughness of the steel wire from Ra1.6μm to Ra0.4μm, significantly improving product quality
