Titanium carbide guide wheels with smooth operation and low vibration
Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels exhibit excellent impact resistance. They are less likely to crack or deform when the wire is suddenly tensioned or broken, thereby reducing the risk of equipment shutdown. These guide wheels also possess superior thermal conductivity, enabling rapid dissipation of heat generated by friction. This ensures that the operating temperature of the guide wheel remains below 80℃, preventing overheating-induced annealing of the wire. In spring steel wire production, the use of such guide wheels can maintain a straightness error of the steel wire within 0.5 mm/m, significantly enhancing the fatigue resistance of the spring. The guide wheels are equipped with high-precision mounting holes, allowing the clearance between the wheel and the shaft to be precisely controlled within 0.005–0.01 mm. This ensures stable rotation without vibration, thereby improving guiding accuracy. Additionally, these guide wheels require minimal maintenance and do not necessitate frequent lubrication; regular cleaning of surface contaminants is sufficient, making them ideal for continuous operation in automated production lines. In metal wire mesh manufacturing, these guide wheels ensure uniform mesh hole dimensions, maintaining dimensional deviation within 5% and meeting the stringent requirements for filter materials.
