High Frequency Resistance Welding Helical Fin Tube
HIGH FREQUENCY RESISTANCE WELDING HELICAL FIN TUBEThe HIGH FREQUENCY RESISTANCE WELDING HELICAL FIN TUBE is used to improve the heat exchange efficiency. Generally, the fins are helically welded to the surface of the heat exchange tube to increase the outer surface area, thereby achieving the purpose of improving heat exchange efficiency.PRODUCT ADVANTAGESTo improve the heat transfer efficiency in the effective space. To Reduce the required installation space for the required heat transfer surfacesTo lower equipment cost while having higher operational reliability. The running cost is lowered due to lower tube side pressure drop. The rigidity of tube is increased, which improves the seismic resistance of the tube.Enhancement of heat transfer, reduction on flow resistance and metal consumption.DIMENSION AND MATERIAL

PRODUCTION CAPACITYSimcan has total four(4) PLC HIGH FREQUENCY RESISTANCE WELDING HELICAL FIN TUBE finning lines, monthly production capacity is 1200 tons in total.FABRICATION PROCESSHIGH FREQUENCY RESISTANCE WELDING uses solid resistance heat as an energy source. The resistance heat generated by the high-frequency current in the workpiece during welding causes the surface of the workpiece weld zone to be heated to a molten or near-plastic state, and then the forging force is applied (or not applied) to achieve metal bonding. Therefore it is a solid phase resistance welding method. High-frequency welding can be classified into contact high-frequency welding and induction high-frequency welding according to the way in which high-frequency current generates heat in a workpiece. When in contact with high frequency welding, high frequency current is transmitted to the workpiece through mechanical contact with the workpiece. In the induction of high-frequency welding, the high-frequency current generates an induced current in the workpiece through the coupling action of the external induction coil of the workpiece. High-frequency welding is a specialized welding method that requires special equipment according to the product. High productivity and welding speed up to 30m/min. FAQ Q1. What is the referenced codes and standards?A: We manufacture according to requirements specified as below:HG/T 3181-2009 High Frequency Resistance Welded Spiral Fin TubesInternational Standard For Dimensions, Tolerances and Tests of High Frequency Resistance Welded FinsMaterial Requisition, drawings or Technical AgreementQ2. How do you pack the products
A: Each package is designed and made according to seaworthy packing standard and clients’ handling and lifting capability.
Finned tubes will be packed into steel frameworks and wrapped with weather proof PE film and plywood board covering up. In addition, each row of finned tubes will be isolated from adjacent with plywood bars to prevent rigid impact during transportation. For all exporting packages, we only use plywood instead of wood for fumigation free purpose.Q3: How do you guarantee the quality?
A: we are ISO certified company and we maintain strict controls according to our specific written procedures and client specifications during all phases of manufacturing of our products ensuring full materials traceability and top quality. Besides, inspection activities carried out by world reputable third party such as TÜV, BV, SGS, Lloyd's, ABS, Intertek(Moody) etc. is available on call.Q4: Do you have design capability?
A: Yes, we could develop the shop drawings and submit for clients’ approval.Q4: How do you handle the documentation?
A: As a professional supplier, Simcan does not only manufactures products but also has strong capability on preparing and submitting documents as listed below but not limited to:Before FabricationDesign and Fabrication Schedule
