Use of the product: with different moulds, it can produce egg trays,vegetable trays, fruit trays, can trays, seedling trays, shoe trays,electronic products trays etc. The product is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, fruit, alcohol and other industrial products packaging.
There are four systems:
1)Forming system includes forming machine,vacuum pump,vacuum container,self absorbing pump, air compressor,air tank,clean water pump, forming mould, transferring mould.
2)Pulp making system includes hydrapulper, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, stirrer, pulp making control system.
3)Drying system includes blower, burner, conveyer, drying control system.
4)Automatic stacking and counting machine.
