Description for fountain solution filter system
Fountain solution filter system can be matched any kind of Offset printing machines made in China and other machines line Heidelberg, Roland, KOMORI and MITSUBISHI.
Main Features:
1. Five levels of recycling Filter Device can effectively filter the Ink, paper powder, cleaner, dusting and Acacia from the fountain solution in the water tank of the offset printing machine, which make the fountain solution clean. The water and Ink control can be easily balanced during the printing process.
2. Make the PH , conductivity and temperature more stable of the fountain solution; Making longer use life of the fountain solution and effectively reduce the use of IPA in it to reduce the material cost itself; Reduce the discharging of the wasted water, save water and more environment protection.
3. Lower the tension of the liquid, improve the performance of the fountain solution, reduce the use of Ink and dusting, which make the printing color more colorful and Fidelity of the printing products.
