560G过滤棉又称:烤漆房表面粘性单面胶过滤棉,天井滤网，本产品采用密度逐级加高的高性能有机合成纤维经过热粘合绑定而成，表面喷胶制作，过滤材料具有渐进式结构，也就是沿着出风面的方向纤维密度逐渐增加，能够在一个低压降的前提下很好地实现指定的过滤性和容尘量，不会出现断纤维进入洁净空气中，且在整个使用过程中可以保持原始的无纺布结构，能可将导致漆面污染的细小尘埃（5um）微粒吸附起来，起到洁净空气的效果，所有的过滤棉都复合环保要求，同时起到均流的作用。标准尺寸：1.6m*14m*22mm，1.6m*21m*22mm，2m*21m*22mm
产品特性：
◎由高性能抗断裂的聚胺Polyester、聚脂PolyAmide等高性能的化学合成纤维制成，再以黏性和温度熔结纤维，结合紧密，弹性好，不易脱落；
◎具有高透气性、低压损、高集尘量之特性
◎ 利用逐级加密多层技术，各层所用纤维的粗细不同，那样可以保证各纤维层的密度在沿进气方向逐渐增加，此结构提高了过滤性能并增加了容尘量，因此增加了滤棉的使用寿命，迎风面表面粘胶；
◎ 滤网的出风面以玻纤方格网或加密型无纺布加强定型，既强化滤材强固性又可引导空气均匀分布的层流效果；
◎ 符合防火分类标准欧洲DIN53438,F1及美国UL900,class2，能够自熄；
◎ 耐湿度强，可达到100%相对湿度的耐湿性，耐高温达120℃，不含硅；
◎ 过滤效率为：F5（EN799 级别），过滤精度为≥1um，过滤性能稳定
◎ 成卷或可切片供应。

用途：
◎ 主要过滤≥1μm微粒,用于喷漆房顶棚过滤，空气过滤系统一般精过滤或高效过滤的末端精细过滤，需与风口的初效过滤棉搭配使用，是高价值烤漆工艺和高质量烤漆的前提条件；
◎ 安装在汽车装配车,或汽车喷漆烤漆车间，作为顶棚滤棉。安装在汽车表面整修部门的喷漆、烤漆房的顶棚，作为通风设备的最终空气供给过滤棉。安装在要求高度光泽和高设备抛光处理产品的生产车间和喷漆房中作为最终空气供给过滤棉；
◎为正确使用好产品，确保烤漆质量，必須注意以下事项：在更换产品时，先将进风口，顶棚、底板滤网拆除，将通风管道，阴暗角落及易积灰尘处认真进行清理，然後关上烤漆房门，打开风机空吹1小时左右。安装滤棉时，滤料与框架和周边不得留有任何空隙，先将顶棚及进风口滤棉装上，打开风机空吹4小时左右，再进行一次清洁工作後，装上地棉，方可使用。
