E-640isverysuitableformakingsiliconerubberstonemolds.Itisfeaturedwithextremelylowshrinkage,goodfluidityandresistancetomanykindsofchemicals;Thismaterialdonotreleaseanyby-productwithlowmolecularweightduringitscuringprocess,andit'scuredfromtoptobottomandfromtheinsideandoutsidesimultaneously,namely,deepcuring.TheEsereiseplatinumcuredsiliconewillnothavetheproblemofdegradation,stickymoldsurfacecausedbytheexistenceofby-productofsmallmoleculesundercertainconditions,(suchasclosedenvironment,hightemperature).Knownfromourcustomer'sfeedback,itisveryconvenienttomakecementmolds,anditisahigh-qualitysiliconeforconstructionindustries.Furthermore,itcanbeappliedtomakemultiplepiecemoldsforproductswithcomplexdesign.
