Coal Briquette Production Line Design/Coal Briquette Plant
Coal briquette production line design/coal briquette plant configuration of crushing, mixing, molding machine has not finalize the design. Brought difficulties for user selection, some improvement in practice. To make the equipment to adopt the demands of the coal briquette production.
1. Special crusher
Henan Fote Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., production of roller type, hammer type, cage and counterattack crusher applied in coal production line, some power is too large, the particle size is too big , dust is too big, bad for the environment protection and coal quality requirements. Improved by practice, we use the vertical crusher, reduced the motor power, ensure the size low dust, is well received by the user.
2. The mixing in coal forming
Fote Machinery for the coal briquetting production line configuration of roller mixer, electric power is large, the intermittent work make the briquette machine feeding uneven. Appear the phenomenon of the balling rate lower. Roller mixer in the operation of dead angle, easy to cause coal briquette quality is not stable. To solve these problems, the introduction and improvement of biaxial horizontal mixer.
After configuration in production line, due to reduced the motor power, makes the material mix and good results have been achieved.
3. The control in the process of production
In ingredients, feed, using the quantitative device, flow meter and stepless speed regulation, make matching between equipment has improved, make the process of coal production to the control.
4. The improvement of briquette machine
According to the low pressure in the wet cold press molding process and field practice of high pressure ball machine is improved, the molding pressure adjusted, reduces the power configuration, changed the material and heat treatment of forming roller. To improve the hardness and abrasion resistance.
Coal briquette production line design/coal briquette plant automatic startup procedure is designed. Linkage, single action, overheating protection, automatic alarm device, ensure the normal operation of production line. Fote engineering and technical personnel have participated in many domestic coal briquette machine design and manufacture, involved in comprehensive utilization of anshan branch of desulfurization gypsum pressure ball machine production line configuration, undertaken coal washery, rolling mills, cement and other complete sets of project design and manufacture. Summarized many experience and lessons, through coal briquetting complete set production line factory supply, improving the overall coal briquetting production line design ability and the problem on site comprehensive treatment.
