Quanfu polycarbonate hollow sheet is made of polycarbonate resin imported from Germany. It is the most popular material for construction and decoration. The transmission of sun panel is from 35-80% with double anti-UV protection. The hollow structure enhances the effect of heat insulation and sound insulation and makes it lighter to transport and install. Besides the characteristics of general hollow sheet, the crystal sun panel has better performance for the appearance and durability.
The # 4-wall sheet is more firm with better performance of anti-impact, sound insulation and heat insulation. It is the first choice for the roofing material of high building.

Store and Install Instruction
1.Store PC sheet away from direct sunlight, or avoid contacting with chemicals, paintsand solvents due to their incompatibility with polycarbonate.
2.Remove approximately 5 cm of film from all panel edges before installation.
3.Considering the temperature difference of the local place. Provide entough space to allow for thermal expansion due to the seasonal terperature fluctuation. A roof slope of 5°is necessary for platform installation.
4.The dismeter of drill holes must be 50% larger than that of the screws to allow for thermal expansion.
5.Sealants and gaskets must be polycarbonate compatible.
6.Remove all film immediately after completing the installation. Then cover again to protect the panel surface until the completion of the construction. Do not use sharp tools when removing the film.
7.Wash with mild soap or mild detergent, use a soft cloth or sponge, gently wash to loosen remaining dirt and grime. Don't scrub or use brushes or rough fibre.
8.Don't contact with alkalines, alkai salts, amines, ketones, aldehydes, esters, ethers, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, methanol and isopropanol etc.
