The energy-absorbing terminal systermdesigned by Dachu has been continuously optimized, which is of substantial help to avoid or reduce the severity of the accident of hitting the end of the guardrail.

Rail Terminal Energy Absorption Systemsare designed to absorb and dissipate energy during collisions or sudden impacts. The unique slotted rail design, combined with energy-absorbing materials, ensures a controlled and effective response to impact forces.

The upright post at the end part is bent, deformed and bent. The column at the energy-absorbing end is usually of the Breakaway Type, which can absorb impact energy and bend in case of impact, especially for the column that can enter the portal system. The SRT (Slotted Rail Terminal) shown in the figure below is a typical example, which is a non-redirective (Gating End Terminal). When the vehicle hits the end of the guardrail (T1, T2, T3), the first column will be bent, and the original cable will be relaxed immediately, so the tensile strength of the beam at the end can be released instantaneously.
