Eight step praying Mantis(Ba Bu Tanglang chuan)Ba Bu Tanglang Chuan is a traditional fist form of Han nationality which develops from the imitation of mantis. Early in Minguo, Master Jiang Hualong who was proficient at Mantis, master Wang Zongqing who was skillful at Bagua and master Chen Shande who was versed at Xingyi& Tongbei worked together, eventually created a new kind of Mantis Fist Form. Its basic movements contain eight positions and steps. So master Jiang Hualong named it as Eight step praying Mantis.
