Downhole Motor
Downhole motor is a kind of downhole dynamic drilling tool upon the power of drilling mud. Mud stream from the outlet of mud pump flows through a by-pass valve into the motor. This stream produces pressure loss between inlet and outlet of the pump, to push the rotor into rotating, and to transmit the torque and speed to the bit. The downhole motor property mainly depends upon its property parameters.
The motors we provide are with high quality performance for the oil and gas & mine and water, ranging from 1 11/16"OD to 11 1/4"OD, different type and specifications. The motors use for directional, vertical and horizontal drilling well by long life power section, dual safety catch system devices, high torsibility transmission coupling, a flexible and easy to use adjustable bend housing (ABH), a durable and reliable bearing assembly, and a forged output drive shaft with integral bit box. 1. Application for Directional Drilling:
We offers a complete line of high quality motors specifically designed for directional drilling. Our directional motors are available for both water-based and oil-based drilling applications.
Our directional motors include a high performance power section, dual safety catch devices, high performance transmission coupling, a simple and easy to use adjustable bend housing, and a forged output shaft with integral bit box.

2. Application for Vertical Drilling:
The 1-11/16" and 2-1/16" coil tubing motors include a high performance power section, lower safety catch devices, high performance flexshaft coupling, a straight coupling housing, and a sealed bearing assembly with integral bit box.
The 2-7/8" OD and larger workover motors include a high performance power section, lower safety catch devices, high performance transmission coupling, a straight coupling housing, a durable bearing assembly with Seal-Free Technology™ bearings, and an output shaft with integral bit box.
