双列滚针轴承

1. 双列实体套圈滚针轴承属国家首创，采用没两个滚针为一组，用保持架与相邻组隔离可以比不用保持架减小了相邻滚针之间的摩擦并不使滚针倾斜，同时比每相邻滚针之间都用保持架隔离可以在圆周上多排列滚针数，滚针轴承的承载力更强（载荷提高15%）。现已报国家批准为专利产品。 2. 同时采用G2级凸度超精滚针，噪音低，旋转性能更优。 3. 该使用新型产品客服了同类产品中存在的缺点，提供了一种相邻滚针之间摩擦小、承载能力强调特点滚针轴承。适用于各类工程机械高压油泵，明显优于同类产品。
