Qingdao Changshou Foods Co.,Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise combining peanuts planting, processing and sale. Focusing on producing high-quality and high value-added peanut protein series and natural peanut oil, the company is mainly engaged in in-depth R&D, and production and applications of peanuts. The independently developed technology of “Extracting peanut protein and peanut oil simultaneously under low temperature” by the Company has been granted national patents.
The company is located in Qingdao Changyang Industrial Park, on the scenic Shandong Peninsula, with its base area of 66,000,000 square meters and factory area of 173,000 square meters, both completed for production in October 2003. total investment for phase 1 project is RMB160 million. The company processes 20,000 tons peanuts per year. Main products include natural peanut oil, peanut protein powder, peanut texture protein, peanut peptide, and peanut protein food, which are well sold in Europe, America, Japan, Russia, South Korea, and Southeast Asia among other countries and regions.
Cooperating with Shandong Peanuts Research Institute, based on its national peanut seeds breeding base and experiment base, the company adopted the mode of company plus planting experiment, base (peanut farmers), and research institutes, in order to guarantee quality; meanwhile the company has actively organized its R&D strength for breakthroughs, and has developed the technology of “Extracting peanut protein and peanut oil simultaneously under low temperature”, conducted scientific experiments of “peanut protein texturing” and “low temperature oil producing (degreased)”. Now the company owns a production capacity of 10,000 tons of peanut protein powder and 8,000 tons of natural peanut oil.
During development, the company has been continuing to strengthen the systematization of production process, and has passed certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001 AND HACCP, established the GMP, SSOP and HACCP management systems according to standards. At present, the company is one of the first batch companies bestowed with QS symbol in food quality and safety, and is among the first who have passed the top national food safety certification—Organic Food Certification. The food quality standards are strictly conformed during production to ensure food quality and safety.
