Step 1: Use 9MM splint to make the whole wall;
Step 2: Cut the aluminum composite panel according to product size and collage pattern.
Step 3: Spray the universal glue evenly on the back of the wooden board and the aluminum composite panel with the spray gun;
Step 4: glue the aluminum composite panel one by one on the wooden board base according to the arrangement of the pattern.
Step 5: Use glass glue and aluminum trim strip to convergent edges;
Step 6: Remove protective film after adhesive bonding.

For the relatively flat concrete wall or the original wall that has been done flat treatment, you need to choose aluminum composite panel ranging from 2 to 3mm thickness.
Step 1: Measure the wall dimensions, then make the aluminum composite panel according to the design drawing.
Step 2: Arrange the aluminum composite panel on the wall.
Step 3: Trim the edges of the aluminum composite panel with trimming knife, and be careful not to wear aluminum.
Step 4: Tighten the aluminum panel and aluminum alloy with the pull-down screw.
Step 5: Seal the edge with stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
Note: The aluminum composite panel can also be glued to the wall with structural glue or nailing glue, and decorated with decorative side strips.
