Ladle Refractories Upper Inner Top Nozzles Lower Collector Bottom Nozzles BOF Tundish
In the steel plant, the performance of upper nozzle will have a remarkable effect on the service life of ladle bottom which directly affects the ladle campaign. Therefore, We has developed the upper nozzle products based on the best optimized technology and the tightest compacting of the material. This design results in superior resistance to thermal shock, erosion, oxidation resistance and long service.
SG series of lower nozzles for ladles are made from corundum, bauxite, flake graphite, antioxidants and phenolic resin. They show the features of excellent thermal shock resistance, stable performance, good corrosion and erosion resistance, and strong cracking resistance.
