Mini Crane BHD800
This mini crane only covers as area of 1m2. It has compact machine body, 0.8m wide and 1.6m long. This crane has a hoisting capacity of 200kg-800kgs. It can be easily detached, this is convenient for storage. It is small size and portable, the hoisting speed is very stable, it can move inside very narrow space to make hoisting work. It can lift up and down or move away the level ground object with any shape. Thus it can perform the task that forklift and large crane cannot work. Simple operation, not need special training on this machine, improving the productivity. This mini crane can work in any kind condition, saving your investment.

Features of Mini crane-BHD800
Standard mini crane has a hoisting height of 3.2m high and heightening type mini crane is 4.5m-7m hoisting height for option(can equip extension arbor/and 1.5m long/per piece). Hoisting capacity on the supporting height is 30-40m. Small size and portable, hoisting speed is stable and fast. Dead weight (dry weight) is 400kgs.
It can be detached movement, so it go up to the house roof, move inside the house, or go to the terrace or veranda, and it can move inside narrower place to work.
It is manual & electric dual purpose crane, 380v or 220v are all workable. It has hand edge lift or edge down function, up, down, left, right, front, back, Omni directional focus adjusting function, ensure the accurately hoisting object. After the objects to be lift, adjusting the swing hanger radius, then the hoisting objects will jog forward or backward, ensure the lifted objects to be an accurate position.
It has very wide working radius, it can rotary 360ºaround, movable, and can be equipped with people lifting basket. Lifting the objects on the flat ground, whole crane can rotary different radius on the around according to the requirements, or move forward backward. On the uneven ground, let the 4 legs to support and fix the crane body, adjust the crane to flat level, then it can make rotary hoisting on the around( the hoisting weight is under 500kgs).
The crane operation power is 36V, equipped with overloading power-off device, automatic alarm function, remote control function, hand emergency brake, and tiptop position limitation function. It has the features of smart structure, simple operation and high performance.
Usage:
Material loading and unloading for the processing machinery in the workshop, equipment maintenance, goods weighing up (optional electronic hanging scale, hoisting and weighing one time finish), sewage disposal, wharf cargo handling, warehouse pile tally, cars maintenance, cargo handling in the train station and in the seaport, handling big oil drum and so on. The mini crane will show its universal ability in all narrow places where the large crane cannot move inside. It can be assembled to the small car, suitable for fieldwork operation.
