C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine
The automatic/semi-automatic C&Z purlin roll forming machine uses one equipment to be possible to produce the C&Z purlin by the automatic/manual simple control system for different sizes. When the size change, the operator does not need to replace the forming roller.
The production process selects the automatic control method, the operator can change the parameters by PLC control system for cutting length, the longitudinal pitch of holes, quantity and so on to carry on the automatic punch holes, cutting and roll forming.
This line consists with the guider, leveler, hydraulic hole punch device, the hydraulic cutting device, fast roller exchange forming machine, the electrically controlled system, etc.
The frame of forming machine is welded by Steel board, planer finishing treatment.
Riser: connected by 50x50 square steel to be gantry type bearing block; block hole is with wire-cutting, making sure the profile straight and high precision.
Hydraulic cutting according to the exact profile and make sure no waste of the final profile.
PLC control the cutting length of the profile, hydraulic punching holes and the distance between holes can be adjustable.
The material of the roller: GCr15, with quenching treatment, which has strong abrasive resistance.
