Straight Seam Welded Pipe End Facing and Beveling Machine
DescriptionStraight seam welded pipe chamfering machine is used to flat the pipe end of longitudinal welded pipes or seamless steel pipes and finish the edges. This pipe end beveling machine consists of feeding equipment, pipe clamps, knife chassis, gear, chassis and other parts. Equipped with the profile chamfering knife, the finished edges are uniform.
ApplicationThe ends of the pipe from cutting machine generally leave some flaws and burrs. In order to meet the follow-up processes and user requirements, the burrs of tube-end, internal and external sides need to be deburred. Straight seam welded pipe chamfering machine is used to mill internal and external sides of the tube.
Production Process
Loading Pipe → Connecting Pipe → Aligning the Left End → Delivering the Pipe → Clamping → Left End Flat Head Chamfering → Loosening the Clamp → Carrying the Pipe → Aligning the Right End → Clamping → Right End Flat Head Chamfering → Loosening the Clamp → Exit the Pipe
