Functions:
1. Read/Write the SYSCFG (Nand data).
2. Burn the SYSCFG.
3. Unlock WIFI.
4. Modify the country.
5. Language switch.
6. SYSCFG Bottom repair: SYSCFG reservation repair, SYSCFG data can be retrieved after repair.
7. Firmware repair: full nand repair, recover to new nand state, could read and write the syscfg after recovery.
8. Bottom layer repair: the bottom layer repair can retrieve the bottom layer data.
9. Firmware repair: full disk repair, restore to the new disk state, after the recovery can enter the bottom layer to read and write.
