Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier
Sino-NSH-VFD is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and double-stage vacuum processing. Sino-NSH-VFD is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil in electric power transformer and other oil filled electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and free water, dissolved gas and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of insulation oil. Sino-NSH-VFD combines vacuum flashing evaporation technology and laminating gradual-close filter technology to reach best performance of oil purification. Meanwhile, by integrating efficient thermal and double-stage vacuum, the breakdown voltage is high improved, which can be increased from 25kv to over 70kv.
Sino-NSH-VFD maintains an optimized structure and safe controls so as to meet comprehensive requirement of transformer manufactures and service companies.
