Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier
Sino-NSH-VF is a dehydration and degassing unit with thermal and vacuum processing. Comparing with Sino-NSH-VFD, this series is more suitable for smaller oil quantity or smaller capacity requests. Sino-NSH-VF is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil in electric power transformer and other oil filled electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and free water, dissolved gas and particulate impurities effectively so as to increase special indexes of insulation oil.
Sino-NSH-VF combines vacuum flashing evaporation technology and laminating gradual-close filter technology to reach best performance of oil purification. Meanwhile, by integrating thermal and d vacuum, the breakdown voltage is high improved, which can be increased from 25kv to over 60kv.
Sino-NSH-VF maintains an optimized structure and safe controls so as to meet comprehensive requirement of transformer manufactures and service companies.
