Generally speaking, the quality of tap water in clinics is unacceptable and cannot be used together with high-tech sterilization and washing and disinfection equipment. In order to prolong the service life and minimize equipment failure, specially prepared water must be used.
We provide a special integrated water treatment system to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the equipment in the central control room.
The system includes a multi-stage water treatment system based on mechanical cleaning, iron removal, dechlorination and softening filters (all filters are completely repeated and bypassed), a reverse osmosis system based on high-selectivity membrane elements, a water storage tank with breathing filters, and an intelligent control and automation system based on programmable logic controller (PLC).
This ensures that there is no hydraulic impact, the system runs automatically, and no personnel need to participate, which reduces the running cost of consumables and prolongs the service life of equipment.
