(Titan)hydraulic baler shear
Hydraulic Baler Shear / Scrap Car Baler is suitable for the steel plants, recycling companies, ferrous & non-ferrous metal smelting industry to compress metal scrap(steel parings, waste steel, waste copper & aluminum, waste stainless steel, scrap from discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges of cuboids, , so as to reduce the cost of transportation & smelting, to speed up furnace charging.
- 1)The cabinet of the machine is large in size, thus large feeding capacity, high efficiency, it is very convenient to put large shape material into it. 2) Using 90 degrees angle cover door design, strong closing force, reasonable swing angle, especially bulit to facilitate material input. 3) Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic integration control, easy to learn, intuitive and convenient. 4.) Adopts OMRON PLC control, high reliability and easy maintenance. 5) All the moving parts are with hydraulic drive, strong baling and shearing power, stable and efficient.
