Features and Applications:
PE series plastic pipe production line mainly produces agricultural water supply & drainage pipes, building supply & drainage pipes, cables, etc. This machine unit comprises vacuum shaping platform, tractor, cutter, and mixing rack. The single-screw extruder and tractor are assorted with imported AC variable frequency speed regulation device; the vacuum pump and traction motor are both high-quality products. The modes of traction are 2 claws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws, 8 claws, 10 claws, 12 claws, etc. After mating with special devices, the internal spiral pipe, internal hollow pipe, and core foaming machine unit can be produced, By change of extruders, PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX and silicone core pipes can be produced. Planetary cutter, adopting full automatic computer control, is convenient for operation, reliable, and internationally advanced.
