PVC Door and Window Profile Production Line
This extrusion line is mainly used for producing rigid PVC profile in refrigerator, freezer, plastic window, plastic door, decoration panel etc. changing mould, it can also make rigid-soft co-extrusion.
This machine adopts German SIEMENS frequency controller. Temperature controller adopts Japanese famous brands of RKC in order to achieve accurate controlling. Vacuum calibration table adopts water circular seal energy-saving system equipped with central watering and quick joint in order to change different mould conveniently. Calibration table adopts 6m stainless steel plate. haul-off machine adopts caterpillartractor in order to guarantee the stabilization and no-transmutation of extrusion course.
This machine has the feature of low waster of energy, good performance, high speed and high efficiency, etc. The finished products produced by this machine has he feature of good surface, stronger compression resistance, light and heat stability, low size-changing and ageing resistance.
