Product Introduction
1. Meet the standard "GB/6344-2018 soft foam polymer tensile strength and elongation at break determination, GB/T6669-2008 foam polymer material compression permanent deformation determination, GB/T10807 soft foam polymer material compression hardness test method, GB/T10808 Soft foam tear performance test method ".
2. Application: Determination of stretch, tear, elongation at break, collapsibility hardness and compression permanent deformation of polyurethane foam.
3. Supply model: Imported servo motor with double precision ball screw.
4. Test results: It can measure the tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation at break, elastic modulus, stress, strain and other parameters of the material.
5. Force value measurement: equipped with high-precision domestic sensor, full range linear, wider test range.
6. Curve mode: Tensile: force-elongation, stress-strain, strength-time; Force-time, extension-time, strain-time. Compression: force-deformation, stress-strain, strength-time, force-time, deformation-time, strain-time.
7. Local amplification test: Any section on the curve can be used for regional amplification analysis and reduction.
8. Data analysis: The test data on the curve can be selected and analyzed at will.
9. Automatic storage: test conditions, test results, test curves, data and a group of sample results are selected to be valid, and can be continuously tested and stored, called at any time;
10. Report selection print: you can select different report formats according to user needs, you can use EXCEL or Word or PDF to directly view the report or select different curve data comparison forms.
11. Breaking stop function: the sample can automatically stop at the moment of breaking.
12. Automatic protection: automatic overload, over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, upper and lower limit protection.
13. Control function: constant test force, constant deformation control mode, automatic return function.
14. Manual control: In addition to automatic control, there is a Chinese liquid crystal display manual control box, which can manually operate the beam up and down, making it more convenient to move the beam position control.
15. Zero clearing: load, deformation, displacement measurement can be manually or automatically zero.
