Accessories

Test Procedures
Connect the oil inlet and outlet to the designated hydraulic system bypass interface.
Start the device and establish stable circulation flow.
Monitor system pressure and oil condition while running the purification process.
Measure oil cleanliness using a particle counter or offline sampling analysis.
Continue operation until the target cleanliness level is reached.
Stop the device, close valves, disconnect pipelines, and complete purification.
Maintenance Information
Confirm the oil type, viscosity, and temperature comply with device requirements.
Inspect filter installation and pipeline connections before operation.
Monitor pressure and differential pressure alarms during operation.
Replace filters promptly upon alarm activation.
Use the emergency stop switch during maintenance or in case of abnormal operation.
