Test Procedures
1. Preliminary Preparation
Check the connection status of all systems on the test bench (circulation, temperature control, electrical) to ensure pipeline sealing and completeness of accessories; Add the test medium to the test tank and install the filter element to be tested.
2. Parameter Setting
Connect the power supply and set the test parameters (such as flow rate, temperature, circulation time, etc.) via the touch screen; Start the temperature control system and stabilize the medium temperature to the target value (temperature control range 80±2℃).
3. Test Operation
Start the variable frequency pump set to allow the medium to enter dynamic circulation at the set flow rate; The system runs automatically, and the PLC monitors the test status in real time, automatically alarming in case of abnormalities.
4. Sampling and Monitoring
Manually sample at intervals as needed to analyze the chemical element precipitation of the filter element; Continuously monitor the circulation status of the filter element and record the test data.
5. Test Completion
After the test, turn off the pump set and temperature control system in sequence; Remove the test filter element, clean the test medium and pipelines, turn off the equipment power, and organize the test records.
