FITR Moisture-proof Box Feature
The MRD series infrared spectrometer electronic moisture-proof box is equipped with a high-performance electronic dehumidifier core and a microcomputer humidity control system. It features energy saving, noise-free operation, and clear humidity display. It is a specially designed accessory for Fourier transform infrared spectrometers, capable of dust-proof and moisture-proof protection, thereby significantly extending the service life of the core components of Fourier transform infrared spectrometers.

Product Information
MRD series intelligent infrared spectrometer electronic FTIR Moisture-proof boxis a special dehumidification device for Fourier infrared spectrometers. It can effectively protect the interferometer and prevent damage to the detector caused by deliquescence. The product complies with PC/JEDEC J-STD-033B operating standards (i.e., relative humidity does not exceed 50% RH). It can monitor humidity in real time, and when the set level is exceeded, the dehumidification function starts automatically. It requires no consumables, features low energy consumption, and is currently sold nationwide and exported to overseas markets, providing reliable protection for Fourier infrared spectrometers worldwide.

Product Feature
Humidity control range:25% RH – 50% RH, with front LCD screen displaying both temperature and humidity.
Opening design:The top cover with a damping hinge allows smooth opening and closing, effectively utilizing upper space while avoiding waste and inconvenience caused by side-opening doors.
Cable routing design:Hidden protection design for cables and power supply lines, with an added protective plate for the PCB circuit board.
Dehumidification system:Equipped with an intelligent humidity sensing module, using a renewable cycle moisture-absorption sub-layer film. The microcomputer control system regulates humidity automatically. When the humidity inside exceeds the set level, the system initiates dehumidification without consumables.
Operation:With power-off hygroscopic protection, the chemical hygroscopic material continues to function, ensuring dehumidification. Within 24 hours of power-off, the humidity rise does not exceed 10%.
