Three screw pump

The 3GR type three-screw pumpis a rotor type positive displacement pump. The principle is that the primary and secondary moving screws cooperate with the meshing and then use the inner and outer parts of the bushing with three holes to cooperate, so that the oil pump inlet and outlet have a number of sealed chambers. This chamber will allow the oil pump to continuously enter the inside of the oil pump during operation, will enter the screw oil pump, then use the axial movement to move the liquid to the outlet and also allow the input to gradually increase to form a It is continuous, stable and also capable of axially moving the pressurized liquid.

3GR screw pump has a simple structure: it has various structural forms, generally a small flow rate of 0.2~6.5m3/h. The pump body and bushing of the 3GR screw pump are integrated (collectively referred to as the pump body), and the shaft seal is a mechanical seal. The pump bushing above the medium flow is a separate part fixed in the pump body. The large flow pump is mostly made into a double suction structure horizontal installation. The shaft seal has two kinds of mechanical seal and packing seal depending on the transport medium. ZGPV screw pumpis installed in both horizontal and vertical versions. The prime mover is AC and DC marine motors.

3GR screw pump has a long service life: the active screw of the 3GR screw pump is driven by the motor, there is no mechanical contact between the main and the slave rods, and the pressure liquid is driven to rotate from the rod around the shaft line, between the main and the slave rods. There is a layer of oil film protection between the screw and the bushing, so the mechanical friction of the pump is extremely small and the service life is long.

The liquid pumped by the 3GR screw pump moves linearly in the pump at a constant speed, so the pressure pulsation is small, the flow rate is stable, and the noise is low. Since the inertia of the rotating component is small, the starting torque and vibration are small.
