G80 alloy lifting chain
G80 lifting chain is one of our company's main products. It is made of high-quality alloy steel and belongs to a kind of high-strength lifting chain.
The G80 lifting chain of our company is strictly implemented in accordance with ISO3077, EN818 and AS2321 production standards during the production process. The chain guarantees 4 times the safety factor and 2.5 times the test load.
Common heat treatment methods for G80 lifting chains: annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, boronizing.
Annealing, heat the workpiece to 30-50 degrees above Ac3, after holding for a certain time, slowly cool to 500 degrees with the furnace to cool in the space.
Normalizing, heating the steel to above Ac3 or Acm, and taking it out of the furnace to cool it in the air after heat preservation.
After quenching, the steel parts are heated to above Ac3 or Ac1, and after insulation, they are quickly cooled in cooling fluids such as water or oil, and an unstable structure has been obtained.
Tempering, reheating the quenched steel to a temperature below Ac1, heat preservation process after cooling to room temperature.
