Shoe Bending Stiffness Tester
Shoes Bending Stiffness Tester is used to measure bending resistance of whole shoes (France shoe Size 39, 42,and British shoe Size 6,Size 8). Clamp the foreshoes (confirming to 1/3 of palm shoes, located on shaft location), after motor launching, driving to pulley, to make shaft drive the turning board at 100mm/min to impose the strength of 30N to shoes in order to do test.
Description:
Shoe Bending Stiffness Tester – Shoe Rigidity Tester is used to test shoe stiffness/rigidity by flex shoe to certain angle by certain force.
The shoe bending stiffness test is a necessary test before outsole flexing test as per ISO 20344. Footwear which requires force (30±0.5)N to flex lower than 45° from horizontal is not suitable to test on outsole flexing tester.
Principle:
This shoe rigidity is a shoe flexing tester. Clamp the shoe forepart on the machine and apply a force of (30±0.5)N and flex the sample at a speed of (100±10)mm/min until the force has been exerted. Then to measure the angle at this point.
Feature:
1.LCD control, easy operate, and display results digitally.
2.Shoes Bending Stiffness Tester Equip with a decoder on shaft, and inducting angle speed of turning board, showing the value through the display with accuracy of 0.1°.
