Electric bicycle chassis dynamometer system
System overview:
The whole electric bicycle chassis power measurement system fully meets the national standard GB17761-2024 "Safety Technical Specifications for Electric Bicycles" Test requirements of clause 6.3.3.1 "Rated continuous output power of motor", clause 6.3.3.2 "Low-speed operation torque of motor", clause 6.3.3.3 "no-load back electromotive force of motor", clause 6.3.3.4 "Difference coefficient of inductance value of motor", Applied to electric bicycle manufacturers and quality inspection institutes for electric vehicle factory type test and quality sampling inspection. It can also be used for the analysis of electric vehicle development data. The test items include all the indicators of the whole electric bicycle and the electric motor: front wheel braking force, rear wheel braking force, braking performance, starting performance, speed performance, maximum speed, climbing performance, undervoltage test, overcurrent test, driving range, 100 li power consumption, battery capacity, coasting distance, rated continuous output power, low-speed running torque, no-load back electromotive force inductance value difference coefficient. User-friendly design and easy operation.

1 The test system is composed of: main control cabinet, precision DC power supply, test platform, fixture actuator, etc.
2 Main control cabinet: The cabinet is beautiful in shape, easy to operate, suitable for people of different heights. A piece is installed on the cabinet for measuring and testing DC power voltmeter and AC voltmeter. The lily leaves on both sides of the cabinet are used for ventilation and heat dissipation of the strong power cabinet. There are two 60mm opening holes at the bottom of the cabinet for wiring, which are convenient for wiring. Two vertical partitions are installed in the middle of the cabinet for electrical installation.
