Standards:

1、Executive standard: jb/t 5088.2-2008 internal combustion engine spin-on oil filter;

2、Test object: internal combustion engine oil filter, oil filter element bypass valve

3、Test item:

3.1 Measure the pressure drop-flow characteristics through the filter according to the flow rate specified by the manufacturer.

3.2 Measurement of the characteristics of the cartridge bypass valve element through the filter according to the flow rate specified by the manufacturer.

3.3 Raw filtration efficiency of oil filters.

3.4 Oil filter clogging life.

4, technical indicators:

4.1 Main test system:

4.1.1 Test system flow range: 5 L/min ~ 100L/min;.

4.1.2 Working medium: CC30 diesel oil (at 74 ℃ when the kinematic viscosity of 24 mm2 / s) No. 0 diesel fuel;

4.1.3 Pressure gauge range: 0 ~ 2MPa Measuring accuracy of ± 5%;

4.1.4 Medium temperature: room temperature ~ 100 ℃; 4.1.5 Differential pressure measurement: 0 ~ 2MPa.

4.1.5 Differential pressure measurement range: 0～600kPa; 4.1.6 Test tank: 0～600kPa; 4.1.6 Test tank: 0～2MPa

4.1.6 Test tank volume: 80L (specific data negotiated between the two sides).

4.2 Original filtration efficiency test system:

5. Components of the test bench:

It consists of test system, bypass valve detection system, particle original filtration efficiency, life system, automatic program control system and bench.

Purification filter, the use of my company's own design and production of the flow resistance test bench special purification filter, can make the system cleanliness quickly reach the standard, dirt capacity, life β10 (c) ≥ 200. to ensure that the test results to maintain a certain degree of stability, repeatability, accuracy, and can make the test bench in a long time in a clean state. Mainly composed of oil storage tank and auxiliary pump. Convenient for personnel operation, to ensure the convenience of post-processing of the test bench before and after the test. 　

Piping: the main test system piping using stainless steel, pipe joints and piping layout to avoid the flow of dead zone, thus avoiding impurities in the long-term use of sludge, to ensure the test bench repeat

Temperature control system: with heating and radiator devices, and should meet the safety requirements. 　　

Bypass Valve Test System: Borrow the test system of flow resistance. A separate bypass valve test line is added to the working panel. Mainly consists of bypass valve test line, filter assembly without cartridge (according to the customer's specific force transducer, pressure digital display meter. 　　

Particle original filtration efficiency, life system: mainly composed of peristaltic pump, bypass valve, differential pressure sensor, filter container, impurity agitator. 　

Bench :Made of aluminum alloy profile, stainless steel plate. Dimensions (reference 3000×1200×1900) and shape need to be countersigned by both parties.
