Wool Shrinkage Tester
YM116 type wool fold shrinkage tester is a precision instrument to determine the length of the towel under the standard tension.
The instrument adopts the principle of constant load for tensile test of the sample. The instrument adopts constant velocity elongation (CRE) detection mechanism, microcomputer control, large screen LCD display, automatic data processing, and printable output, convenient setup program, accurate and quick test.

Besides wool, the testing instrument is also suitable for various fabrics such as cotton, linen, and silk, and is widely used in textile testing laboratories and manufacturing companies.

Test Procedures
Sample preparation: Place the wool sample on the sample holder of the testing instrument, ensuring that the weight and shape of the sample meet the testing requirements.
Setting test parameters: Set the washing parameters, such as detergent concentration, pH value, temperature, and treatment time, according to the characteristics of the wool sample.
Performing the test: Start the test; the instrument will automatically perform load application, timing, length measurement, and automatic zeroing functions.
Analyzing the results: After the test is completed, the instrument will automatically calculate and save the test results for subsequent analysis and application.
During the testing process, ensure that the instrument is properly grounded and stably placed to guarantee the accuracy of the test results. If any mechanical or electrical malfunction is detected, immediately disconnect the power supply and seek professional repair.
