Sanitary Napkin Absorption Speed Tester
The Sanitary Napkin Absorption Speed Tester is designed to measure the absorption speed of sanitary napkins, menstrual pads, diapers, and other absorbent products. It evaluates whether the absorption layer of these products can take up liquids promptly, providing accurate data for product development, quality control, and performance evaluation.

Test Procedures
(1) Prepare the tester and connect the power supply.
(2) Place the test sample on the arc sample base.
(3) Select the desired test mode and set the test time on the touch screen.
(4) Fill the automatic liquid feeding device with the specified volume of liquid.
(5) Start the test; the module will automatically lift, dispense liquid, and measure absorption speed.
(6) Record the data displayed on the screen.
(7) After the test, remove the sample and clean the test platform.
Maintenance Information
(1) Clean the sample base and silicone gel test blocks regularly.
(2) Inspect the liquid feeding system and guide rails to ensure smooth operation.
(3) Perform calibration periodically with standard reference liquids.
