Solid Waste Deodorant
AirSolution™ 9149 is optimized to eliminate organic odors created by compost handling and operations. It is a water-soluble formulation with advanced odor elimination technology designed specifically to neutralize various organic odors. AirSolution™ 9149 contains a complex proprietary blend which has proven effective in eliminating targeted malodors. When the diluted product is misted into contact with odorous air, it effectively reduces the intensity of airborne odors by active odor counteraction. Instructions for Use: Dilution Range: up to 1:500 Application Rates by Method: Misting Treatment: One 20L pail of Concentrate makes 200L, then dilute from 1:24 to 1:140 with a proportioner depending on nozzle placement and odor intensity. Place nozzles 3-5m (10-16ft) apart for perimeter installation or 3-6m2 (32-65ft2) grid spacing. Fogging Treatment: Prepare 0.2-0.5L Concentrate per drum per point source. 4-10mL/hr (0.1-0.3 oz/hr) at low to 20-50 mL/hr (0.7-1.7 oz/hr) at high. In-duct Treatment: 6-12mL of Concentrate per 1000m3/hr. (0.2-0.4 oz of Concentrate per 3,000 CFM of airflow per hour) • Mix product with clean potable water before use • Mixed product should be used within 30 days for optimal performance • Guidelines for calculating chemical usage are estimates only. Actual usage is affected by odor intensity, temperature, particulate levels, and equipment type etc.Ordering Information: AirSolution™9149 Concentrate *Other packaging sizes avilable upon request. Minimum orders apply.Storage:Store product in an unopened container in a dry location. Storage information may be indicated on the product container labelling. Optimal Storage: 8ºC to 25ºC. Storage below 8ºC or greater than 25ºC may adversely affect product properties. Materials removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not return the product to the original container.
