High-efficiency and multifrequency dewatering screen
Dewatering is an important process in mineral processing. The purpose of dewatering is to remove water contained in particles. Application
Xinhai multi-frequency dewatering screen adopts unique design, we can get unexpected effect when combined with Xinhai XCⅠ、XCⅡ cyclone and Xinhai high-efficiency thickener (deep corn, multi-cone). It can be widely used in discharging dried tailings, fine mineral dewatering, chip removing, carbon-in-pulp separation etc.
Working principle
The product adopts double vibration motor as power supply. The double vibration is installed parallel, when they are running at the same time, centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. Centrifugal force along the direction of vibration is superposed, otherwise it is offset. Thus form a single centrifugal force which along the direction of vibration, which makes screen box affectation reciprocating linear motion.
