Desliming Screen
The desliming screen, our patent product(patent number ZL2009 2 0224026.2), is specially designed for desliming and reducing ash in coal, mining and oil industry. It is characterized by high strength vibrating, high processing capacity and efficiency, low noise and long lifetime. The desliming screen consists of self-synchronous vibration exciter, grizzly screen plate made by stainless steel or polyurethane and spray system. The part of contacting feedstock and beam undergo anti-corrosive treatment which make them highly durable and coupling connection. The side plate adopts no-weld design and is riveted by HUCK bolts. In addition, the width of screen plate can reach a maximum of 3m.
