The Features of WHE1500 Pedestal Breaker Boom Systems:
The WHE1500 Pedestal Breaker Boom System is a specialized secondary crushing device integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Its design addresses material blockage and large-block crushing challenges in mining, metallurgy, and related industries.
Utilizes electric drive (AC 380V 50Hz motor) to form a fully hydraulic system. This approach is clean, energy-efficient, low-cost to operate, and produces no air pollution in the work environment.
Core hydraulic components (e.g., constant-pressure variable displacement pumps, proportional directional valves) can be configured with imported brands. The system employs load-sensing feedback and pilot-operated proportional control, enabling stepless speed regulation of actuators for high operational efficiency.
High-Strength Structure: Primary structural components are fabricated from high-strength manganese steel or special alloy steel weldments, delivering impact resistance, high load-bearing capacity, and superior wear resistance. The base also utilizes manganese steel to ensure stability.
Multi-functional Attachments: The arm's front end features a quick-release coupling, enabling rapid interchange of various hydraulic tool heads—such as breakers, grapples (lotus claws), hydraulic shears, buckets, and clamshell buckets—to perform multiple functions including crushing, grabbing, digging, and demolition, delivering multi-purpose capability.
Flexible Working Mechanisms: Offers two types of working mechanisms—rotary bearing type (H-type) and steering cylinder type (Z-type)—to accommodate different installation spaces and load requirements. Features a wide reach range with horizontal extension from 4880 to 20400 mm.
Excellent Adaptability: Featuring a sealed structure with optional low-temperature heating or high-temperature cooling systems, the equipment thrives in demanding environments including: - Underground damp and corrosive conditions - High-altitude oxygen-deficient atmospheres - High-temperature steel mill settings - Dust-laden workplaces
Offers multiple control modes including manual hydraulic control, manual electric control, wired/wireless remote control, and remote video control.
The operating system typically employs universal proportional joysticks for simple, precise, and reliable operation. Advanced configurations enable remote control under video surveillance with a range of 10-20 kilometers, significantly enhancing operational safety and convenience.
