Optional oil heater allows the power pack to start smoothly in different temperature environments, complete electrification configuration, 400 V / 50 Hz or 480 V / 60 Hz standard voltage (customizable), IP55 protection, to enhance the applicability of regular working conditions, and provide stable power for the regular operation of the YZH pedestal boom.
For special working conditions such as extreme cold and high temperature, there is a special hydraulic station to escort the YZH pedestal boom. Extreme cold hydraulic station focuses on strengthening the heat preservation performance, with excellent heat insulation design, it can withstand the ultra-low temperature environment of minus 75°C. Meanwhile, it is equipped with intelligent automatic heating system. Meanwhile, it is equipped with an intelligent automatic heating system, which will automatically start heating when the oil temperature is too low to affect the operation, ensuring that the hydraulic oil maintains the appropriate viscosity and fluidity, and guaranteeing the stable operation of the YZH pedestal boom in extremely cold areas, such as the polar engineering and the cold mining areas at high latitudes. Under high temperature working conditions, the hydraulic station is particularly powerful in heat dissipation. Equipped with highly efficient heat dissipation components, it can operate continuously in a 55℃ high temperature environment, quickly export the system heat and maintain the stable temperature of the hydraulic system, so that the YZH pedestal boom can efficiently crush in the tropical mining area, high temperature metallurgical operation and other scenarios to break through the temperature limitation and broaden the operational boundaries.
