Impact Bar SXBMD-C-T
The impact bar is the most important component of the impact bed, which can protect the relevant component from damaging by material impact force.
- The impact bar is vulcanized and made of UHMWPE plate, natural rubber and aluminum alloy with great stability and reliability;
- The impact bar adopted excellent high elasticity special rubber material which can fully absorb the material falling impact force, reduce the impact force to the belt when material falls, therefore improved the force condition of blanking point;
- The UHMWPE material on the surface made the friction coefficient between the conveyor belt and impact bar reduced to the lowest, which improved the wear resistance.
