Iron ore beneficiation is a complex process, it aims to remove the unwanted impurity materials or gangues, improve the iron ore grade and refine the concentrate for final applications. This process involves various types of iron ore beneficiation plant and technology, including milling (crushing and grinding); washing; filtration; sorting; sizing; gravity concentration; magnetic separation; flotation; and agglomeration (pelletizing, sintering, briquetting, or nodulizing) etc. Most iron ore beneficiation operations will result in the production of three materials: a concentrate; a middling or very low-grade concentrate, which is either reprocessed (in modern plants) or stockpiled; and a tailing (waste), which is discarded or recycled for other application.
Maintenance for Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant/Beneficiation Process Of Iron Ore:
1. The operators should be familiar with the equipment and comply with the provisions about the operation, maintenance, safety and sanitation of factory.
2. Operators should read the duty records before they start work and check the equipment, including checking the whether the bolt is loose, and whether the surface of machine is worn.
3. The starting of machine should follow the system order and strictly prohibit start with load.
4. During the operating process of ore dressing line, you should regularly observe the operating situation of the equipment. If unusual behaviors occur, you should deal with them according to relevant programs in a timely manner, or shut down for inspection.
5. After the machine having stopped, you should clean the surroundings of ore dressing equipment.
6. The regular maintenance should be carried out to the end and be strictly conducted.
